IcoFX is brought to you by IcoFX Software. IcoFX Software is a small Romanian-based company.

Most of the icon editors lack a lot of key features, and offer only limited image editing capabilities. We try to fill in this gap with IcoFX, by offering an icon editor with a full blown image editor and all the features that are required to work with icons and cursors.

One of the benefits of buying from a small company is that if you need technical support or just need a question answered you'll get a response straight from the developers of IcoFX who know every last bit of the application!
